Thursday was the International Day of Peace. To take part in it, we read a few books about peace and discussed the ways that we can bring peace to ourselves, our family, school, community, city, and country. Each student created a Peace Pinwheel where he or she decided on four practical ways to commit to show peace. Thank you to parents and families who signed the peace pledge with children. These pledges are now on the wall by the classroom door.

Adam's mom and I are in love with the IB program and we're feeling good about this year. Thanks for posting regularly. A lack of really knowing what is going on in the classrooms has always been our one complaint about this fine school. Thanks for this.
